Justin Rowe has worked in the film and television industry for almost 20 years and is a UCSB Film Studies graduate. Justin has worked on feature films at Walt Disney Pictures and Ivan Reitman’s Montecito Picture Company. Justin worked as a freelance camera operator and sound mixer for network television and cable outlets such as CBS, NBC, FOX, Animal Planet, Court TV, and the Outdoor Life Network.

Justin has produced, directed and edited two feature documentaries that premiered at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival - both exploring the topics of healing and social support. The Aphrodite Project (2004) explored the healing aspects of art when faced with a cancer diagnosis.

Crazy Art (2009) told the inspiring stories of three schizophrenic artists. The film was chosen one of five audience favorites out of over 200 films at the 2010 Santa Barbara International Film Festival and was granted two encore screenings.

Justin’s production company 10 Toes Over is located in Carpinteria, California and produces corporate & non-profit videos & DVDs, television commercials, web videos and documentaries.
