Classes held at the SB County Education Office - 4400 Cathedral Oaks Road Mondays and Thursdays, 3:45-5:30 Classes begin November 28, 2011 and go through February 9, 2012 Learn Camera and Editing Skills, Film and Interview Techniques Class is limited to 18 students Cost is $100 per 10 weeks (20 classes)

• Discover the power of Filmmaking • Learn valuable interview skills • Learn how to shoot, edit and create finished films • Create commercials and informative videos for professional use • Meet and learn from successful industry professionals • Explore a career in the film, music or theatre industry • Field trips to film! • Learn skills you can use for school and in a career! • Earn Community Service Hours

To be eligible for this program you must:

• Send in your application, deadline is November 23, 2011 • Have a passion for filmmaking, writing, directing, editing • Interested in Film /TV production, music or theatre • Bring a positive attitude and the ability to work with others • Be excited to learn new skills

• Enjoy learning editing programs, computer skills • Commit to 10 weeks (20 classes) • Be open to new ideas and experiences • Bring a signed parent permission slip
